Our team comprises approximately 25 individuals made up of administration staff, accounts juniors, accounts seniors, bookkeepers and managers. Including members of the ICAEW, IOT and ACCA.
We take pride in the fact that many of our team have been with us for years, allowing them to form close professional relationships with our clients, providing an insight into a wide range of business situations and problems.

Clive Adkins
Position - Litigation Support Partner of Kilby Fox, Director and Company Secretary of the Network of Independent Forensic Accountants (NIFA)
Qualifications - Clive is a Fellow of The Institute of Charted Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is also a member of the Academy of Experts and an approved Expert Financial Witness of NIFA.
Professional Experience -Clive has worked in an accountancy practice since 1968 gaining extensive knowledge and experience in auditing, accountancy, taxation and general business advice for small and medium sized enterprises.
Clive became a partner of Kilby Fox in 1978, and a founding member of NIFA in 1999.
Specialist Areas - Litigation Support, Audit, Accounts & Taxation
Interests & Hobbies - Clive is happily married with one son. His hobbies include treading the boards as an enthusiastic member of a successful amateur dramatic society and singing Barbershop with both a Chorus and Quartet, rugby (sadly only watching these days), riding his Honda Goldwing motorcycle, skiing and gardening.

Chris Beavan
Position - Senior Partner
Qualifications - Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) and a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA)
Professional Experience - Chris has a wealth of experience in accountancy and auditing, as well as troubleshooting, consultancy and negotiating for clients.
Specialist Areas - Chris is personally involved in a number of companies, particularly relating to property, and with such first hand experience, has a unique insight into business matters.
Interests & Hobbies - Chris enjoys travelling and skiing in his spare time with his wife and four children.

Nick Maisey
Position - Partner
Professional Experience - Nick has trained with Kilby Fox since leaving school in 1987. After a sound grounding in the basic’s Nick was promoted to manager, a position he held for 10 years before becoming a partner in November 2004. Over his years of service with Kilby Fox he has gained extensive knowledge and experience in many aspects of the profession.
Specialist Areas - Nick’s specialism is business advice, helping clients through a variety of situations as well as advising on corporate structures, acquisitions and future forecasting
Interests & Hobbies - Nick is married with three young children. In the spare time that he does have, he enjoys following the Northampton Saints Rugby Team and on occasion the sampling of a pint or two!

Gary Woodhall
Position - Partner
Qualifications - Member of the ICAEW, Qualified AAT
Professional Experience - Gary has been professionally trained with both the AAT and ICAEW at a Big Four Firm. He has been involved with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from start-ups to international corporations, including large groups.
Gary has accounting experience of clients in a wide range of industries including retail, construction, manufacturing and the service industry. He also has extensive knowledge of UK GAAP as well as IFRS and FRSSE

Interests & Hobbies -
Gary was previously a keen footballer having played at various levels and within Europe. Football is now restricted to following Tottenham Hotspur. He enjoys going to the gym, learning to play golf and spending time with family and friends.
